Both static and dynamic high speed precision balancing, including state-of-the-art 2-plane dynamic balancing is performed on all our rollers prior to shipping, guaranteeing you a high-quality, high-performance product which will deliver years of reliable service.

Batch Testing

All of our formulations are batch tested throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring a consistent high-quality product.

Chemical Immersion

Products in research and development are tested for their resistant to oil and chemicals, offering a better snapshot of their suitability for specific manufacturing uses.

Physical Property Benchmark Testing

Including tensile, elongation, modulus, compression set, and abrasion resistance to help fit the right compound with the right application.

Analytical Chemical Analysis

Fourier-Transform Infrared (FT-IR) Spectroscopy allows for chemical characterization of organic materials such as rubber compounds and raw materials. This test method also helps in tracking sources of contaminants and troubleshooting production problems throughout our processes to ensure quality products.

Electrical Resistance

Testing qualification for Electrostatic Assist Rotogravure printing, when required.

Deflection Analysis

Important for verifying structural strength.

Laser Inspection

Prior to shipping all cores are laser inspected to check for any possible defects. As well a laser micrometer is incorporated into the manufacturing process.

Non-Destructive Testing

Used to verify the soundness of each product manufactured.

Stress Testing

A robust review of the products structural soundness.
