Nylo-Lith™
Our Nylo-Lith™ coating is an excellent alternative to your existing roll coverings on ink vibrators and bridge rolls. Nylo-Lith™ literally loves most any kind of ink. It eliminates glazing, poor ink transference, and stripping often associated with othe coverings. It is impervious to nearly all chemicals used in printing while having a higher hardness, 77 Shore D, allowing the coating to last longer and be less susceptible to damage.
Our production equipment was designed and built specifically for the purpose of producing Nylo-Lith™ coatings for printing applications. This allows us to produce the highest quality nylon coating in the industry. Nylo-Lith™ can be applied to most of your existing rolls without building new cores. Its finished thickness is approximately 0.25″ (0.0635cm) held uniformly across the face of the roll to a smooth, satin finish.
