Our copper rollers for ink vibrator/distributor rollers have excellent ink transport, are resistant to stripping, and have superior wear properties.
Most conventional copper coatings applied from commercially available processes have a hardness range of 55-70 Rockwell B scale. Over time and with use, these coatings change in hardness, grain structure, and oleophilic properties.
Our proprietary process produces a self annealing copper coating with a harder (95 Rockwell B), finer, uniformly consistent grain structure. This coating does not change structure over time or with use.
