The Elastomer Processing Group Compound Specialists Elastomer Processing Group develops, formulates and mixes rubber for the printing and industrial markets. We understand the high quality requirements like compound cleanliness and flow characteristics these markets demand. Our formulated compounds are designed and mixed with these requirements in mind. Manufacturing Expertise We are focused on providing the highest quality compounds possible. We have a complete formulary of proprietary rubber compounds available in a variety of polymers, hardnesses, and colors. We realize that no single production method can deliver a compound that meets the needs of every customer. That is why our manufacturing capabilities include both internal and open mill mixing as well as straining, extrusion, and calendaring. Product Development & Quality Control New materials are being developed on a continuous basis to meet the changing needs of the marketplace. The same attention to quality and performance that went into our compounds during development is used during actual production. Our total quality control program provides data collection and traceability from raw materials to finished product. Our constant vigilance ensures that our compounds exceed the expectations of our customers.
