Text Box: Maintenance Free - Our design is totally maintenance free. Our oil impregnated bronze bushings are lubricated for life. There is no need to grease or oil the roller. Nylon rod wipers are available on some units (space permitting) to keep the shaft clean and clear of abrasive ink, and the oil in. Chrome Plated Shaft - Every Power-flex roller uses 1045 chrome plated shafting material. The chrome plated shaft surface makes for a lower coefficient of friction which allows the roller to oscillate easier and the bronze bushings to last longer. Keyless Design - Keys on shafts cause the bronze bushings to wear out prematurely due to the constant torque of the roller turning. Our oscillator need no keys or keyways and will outlast any design that uses them. Simple Operation - All that is required to start or stop the oscillation of the Power-flex roller is a simple twist of a single set screw located in our shaft. There are no bulky set collars to move and clamp to the shaft. No one else offers this patented feature. Preset Stroke - The optimum stroke for each Powerflex roller is factory calculated and built into each roller.
